Position: Executive - Office Admin
Years of experience: 7 – 15 years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Arts/Science

Generic / Office Administration Skills:
 Experience in handling all aspects of office administration for a small/medium sized IT
company. This includes handling internal and external activities.

 The internal activities includes providing secretarial services to the management staff,
internal housekeeping, procurements, maintaining inventory, software licenses and
providing admin support to the team (ticketing, vehicle, reservation and booking etc) .

 The external admin support includes, liaoning with 3 rd parties, contracts and
agreements, courier, off-line procurement and other activities assigned from time to
time.

 IT infrastructure, general facility management, emergency medical support and day
today benefits for employees (tea, snacks, coffee etc)
